An Introduction from Jamie
The Western Lowlands are located around Puget Sound. The main industries and economic resources are: Boeing, technology such as Amazon and Microsoft, services like Starbucks, and a bit of fishing. Some of the major landforms are Lake Washington, Puget Sound, San Juan, Islands, and the Kitsap Peninsula. The climate is very wet in the winter and non-frequent heavy rain in the summer. Some natural resources are lumber and water. The most famous Washington State landmark is located in the Western Lowlands. It is the Space Needle! All of these things are important and excellent things to have in a region.
